Stan is the strategic driving force behind Noble Consulting, bringing over two decades of experience in business, public affairs, and marketing. His expertise spans economic development, public relations, issues advocacy, messaging, communications, fundraising, and political organizing. Stan has participated in numerous interviews with both local and national media outlets, taken part in town halls, and served as an MC for events of all sizes.

Passionate about putting on out-of-the-box events and fundraising for candidates and causes, Stan is also the developer of the Noble Seed Program, a key initiative for nurturing new and existing donors, one of the most robust fundraising programs in Oregon. As the Mayor of Sandy, Oregon, where he was born and raised, Stan is a civic leader and philanthropist, dedicated to supporting causes that impact the nation, state, and local communities.

MacKensey Pulliam is a wife and mother, as well as a proven marketer whose results have led to quantifiable financial impact for the businesses and organizations she works with. She brings a wealth of experience in digital marketing, project management, communications, and design, working across a variety of industries. Her past and current clients range from local businesses and nonprofits to advocacy organizations and large companies like Nike, Keen, and Adidas.

In addition to her professional expertise, MacKensey has served on numerous non-profit boards, demonstrating her commitment to community and advocacy. Known for her attention to detail, she is the glue that keeps Noble Consulting projects on task and on time. Her media experience includes interviews on major local and national news networks, as well as op-eds published in prominent national outlets. Certified in Google AdWords and Analytics, MacKensey takes a data-driven approach to campaign management, always focused on delivering measurable results.
