Stan is a business and insurance executive with a focus on working with locally owned businesses in the construction, agriculture and food processing, transportation, retail, manufacturing and hospitality industries.

As a co-founder of Noble Consulting, Stan brings over 2 decades of experience working as a business, public affairs and marketing professional specializing in economic development, public affairs, public relations, issues advocacy, messaging and communications, fundraising and political organizing.

With a heart for the community where he was born and raised, Stan serves as the Mayor of the City of Sandy, Oregon. He’s a civic leader and philanthropist for several worthy causes impacting our nation, state and local communities.

MACKENSEY PULLIAM

Partner

MacKensey Pulliam is a wife and mother, as well as a proven marketer who's results lead to quantifiable financial impact for the businesses and organizations she works with. MacKensey brings a wealth of experience in digital marketing, project management, communications and design. She has worked in a variety of industries, with clients like local businesses, non-profits, advocacy organizations, and large companies, like Nike, Keen and Adidas.

She currently serves as the president of the Oregon Moms Union, and formerly served on the governing board of her daughter's charter school.
